I stayed at Bamboo Dale Resort during New Year's Eve and while the surroundings were beautiful, with a lush garden and a stunning valley view, the noise from the staff parties disrupted the peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for. I was also disappointed with the food options and the inconsistency of the service. Overall, it had its charm, but the experience could have been much better if the management had focused more on guest comfort.
